Data Retention & Deletion on cici4d
We retain your identity data (name, email, ID number) for as long as your cici4d account is active, plus seven years after closure (to comply with financial regulations and investigate disputes). We retain payment data for the same period. We retain activity data (betting history, results) indefinitely — this allows you to audit your past activity and protects us from false claims about unfair settlement.
If you request account closure, we deactivate your account immediately and flag it as closed in our records. Your personal data is encrypted and stored separately from active accounts. After the seven-year retention period, we securely delete your personal data. Your activity history remains archived but no longer linked to your identity.

If you are in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or other Indonesian regions, we comply with Indonesian data protection standards. We do not guarantee compliance with data laws in jurisdictions where our service is prohibited. If you access cici4d from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk.
