No. Each user may open only one account on cici4d. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same person (same email, phone number, ID, or payment method), we close all but one and may forfeit balances. This policy protects against fraud and ensures fair play for all users. If you have forgotten your password or cannot access your account, use our password reset tool or contact support — do not open a new account. We track accounts by KYC data, so attempting to create a second account will be detected at verification.

Log into your cici4d account and go to Settings. There you can change your email, update your phone number, reset your password, enable two-factor authentication, and manage push notifications for deposits, withdrawals, and match results. When you choose bank transfer at deposit, we generate a unique Virtual Account number for your transaction. Transfer your deposit amount to that Virtual Account from your bank app or ATM. The funds appear in your cici4d balance instantly once confirmed. We also accept e-wallets — local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment — and online payment for faster processing. All payments are confirmed automatically and logged in your transaction history.

If your deposit does not appear in your cici4d account within one hour, check your email for a status update. Most delays occur due to bank processing times — try again after two hours. If your payment was deducted from your bank account but did not reach cici4d, contact our support team with your transaction ID (available in your bank statement). We will investigate and refund you to your original payment method within one to two business days. For withdrawals, if your funds do not arrive in your bank or e-wallet after three business days, email support immediately with your withdrawal request number and we will trace the transfer.

We respond to support emails and chat messages within one business day on weekdays (Monday to Friday). On weekends and public holidays like Idul Fitri and Idul Adha, response time may extend to two business days.
